Q: Do I need to register to order?
A: No, you're welcome to purchase as a guest by clicking 'Buy Only' during the checkout process. However if you have a voucher and would like to redeem it, you will need to create an account and be logged in.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days and often process orders within 24 hours, so you won't have long to wait.
If your order is really urgent, we offer a next day delivery service in the UK for £6.50.
Q: Can I have my order delivered to another address?
A: Yes, you can enter an alternative delivery address at the checkout when you place your order.
Q: What if something I like is out of stock?
A: We do our best to keep good stock levels but sometimes due to very high demand we may sell out of some designs. Although you won't be able to order a design when it's out of stock, we can let you know when it comes back into stock.
Q: How do I find out about new products and special offers?
A: If you'd like to be the first to know about new arrivals and offers why not join our mailing list? You can unsubscribe at any time if you change your mind.
Q: Can I pay online?
A: Yes, we offer a secure online card payment service and we accept Mastercard, Visa or Paypal.
Q: Can I save my basket?
A: Yes, you can. If you log out without completing your order, any items chosen will remain in your shopping basket. However, please be aware that if an item sells out in the meantime your bag will not be updated.
Q: Is your silver jewellery real silver?
A: All our jewellery is plated with real silver and then coated to prevent tarnishing. The gold and rose gold are actual real gold plate also.
All our jewellery is made to REACH regulations and is hypoallergenic, nickel and cadmium free.
Q: How do I care for my silver, gold and rose gold plated jewellery?
A: To care for your jewellery please avoid coming into contact with water, perfume, lotions, hairsprays and detergents as this may cause your jewellery to tarnish. Most of our jewellery is costume jewellery and is therefore not designed to be worn constantly. Please do not sleep or shower with your jewellery. To keep your jewellery looking its best, polish using a soft cloth or gently buff.
Q: Do you offer free returns?
A: Although we are happy to accept returns within 30 days if you change your mind, unfortunately we do not able to offer a free returns service. If you return an item to us we will despatch replacement items free of charge or refund the value of the goods at the time of purchase.

Q: How much is delivery?
A: Standard UK delivery is a FREE Royal Mail 1st Class service. Express Delivery is £6.50 per order. European deliveries are charged at £3.95 and rest of the world at £4.95.
